The coal-train derailment in Fayette County, West Virginia was cleaned up late yesterday afternoon.

There were even live camels, goats and donkeys.

Roanoke police say Charles Roark was arrested on a grand larceny charge last month at the Wal-Mart on Franklin Road.
The police report says an employee saw Roark take several CD's and head out to the parking lot.
As Roark was getting into his car, the employee and others grabbed him, held him on the ground and called police.

An audit turned up more than 23- thousand dollars in questionable expenses charged to a credit card issued to registrar Anne Marie Middlesworth.
Middlesworth has said most of the charges were made by Al Grant while he was secretary of the local electoral board.

U-V-A's Weldon Cooper Center has completed its list of median income for Virginia localities.
The survey, compiled in 1999, ranks areas by gross income of married couples.
The top ten cities and counties were in the Washington, D-C area.

A Radford couple is helping make a college education a reality for children effected by the terrorist attacks.

Jeff and Harriet Price are setting up a scholarship at Radford University. In conjunction with the R-U Foundation, students can apply to receive money. They must have a 2.5 grade point average from high school. Jeff graduated from the University in 19-86...he and his wife live in Radford with their two-children.
