They plan to discuss a request from the school board for an advance in funds from next year's budget.
The school system wants 429-thousand dollars to immediately begin renovations on several schools.
The move stems from the school board's recent decision to close several schools and consolidate others.
A school spokesperson says the consolidation plan will move forward whether or not the Board of Supervisors agrees to the fund request.
The meeting is scheduled for today at 4 P.M. at the Henry County administration building.
