42 year old Peter Odighizuwa (oh-dee-gee-ZOO-uh) remains in the Buchanan County Jail where he is being held without bond.
He allegedly shot and killed three people and injured three more at the Appalachian Law School in Grundy yesterday.
Authorities say he was upset with his academic suspension from the school.

The first year law student was shot in the abdomen.
37-year old Martha Madeline Shortt was shot once in the back.
She did not need surgery and is also in stable condition.

Police in Halifax have arrested two people in a case they believe may have started over a stolen pit bull.
20-year old Ronald Lynn Lacks of Halifax and a 16 year old female were arrested Wednesday.

It doesn't look like George Lynch will stay in Charlotte long. The whole team is moving to Louisiana.
Louisiana Governor Mike Foster says there's an agreement to bring the Hornets to New Orleans.
Foster says the deal is complete and says he's certain N-B-A owners will approve the move.
The Hornets have been trying to leave North Carolina because of shrinking attendance and revenues in Charlotte.
