A bail hearing is set for tomorrow.
Lindh's lawyers are asking that he be released saying the evidence against him is weak and Lindh poses no flight risk.
The government wants him held without bond.

Authorities in Pakistan say they know who kidnapped American reporter Daniel Pearl- and they claim to be very close to resolving the case.

A top police official also says he believes Pearl is alive- but he isn't saying who's to blame for his abduction.
Pearl is a Wall Street Journal reporter who was last seen January 23rd- at a Karachi restaurant.

The research center employs 50 scientists, engineers and support workers.

That's the suggestion from a researcher at the Dartmouth School of Medicine.
He says people who use tanning lamps have a higher risk of skin cancer than people who don't.
People who get artificial tans are two- and a half times more likely to get squamous cell cancer.
The risk of basal cell cancer was also slightly higher.
The study also says the risk was higher among those who started getting indoor tans at a younger age.

But Tech would shoot a blistering, almost mind boggling 68 percent in the second half as Chrystal Starling goes baseline and knocks in the double pump for two of her 8 points. But the real-deal was Sarah Hicks. Watch the senior from Botetourt bang in the jumper and then hustle down court. Sarah will turn set her feet and take the charge as the Hokies start to literally take charge of the game.

UVa assistant coach Walt Fuller was reprimanded by the ACC today for his involvement in last week's altercation in the Maryland game. Clemson coach Larry Shyatt also was reprimanded for leaving the bench area against Duke on Saturday night. And NC State's Julius Hodge was suspended for a game for hitting Maryland's Steve Blake in the head Sunday.

The Roanoke Catholic girls swim team made a little history tonight by winning the school's first ever Blue Ridge conference title. Catholic, which is just in its third year with a varsity swim team was paced by 8th grader Joan Beazley. North Cross finished second both the girl's and the boy's competition. Hargrave won the boy's title.

Lord Botetourt has selected Keith Robinson as the new head football coach for the Cavaliers. The formal appointment should come Thursday night at the school board meeting. Robinson been an assistant coach an offensive coordinator at Botetourt the past three seasons. The Radford grad who is a popular choice among returning players replaces Tony Hart. He is the third former Glenvar assistant under coach Brian Hooker to get a head coaching job this off-season.
