The judge in Andrea Yates trial in Houston ruled today that the jury will see video and photos of the crime scene- showing her five dead children- after she drowned them.

It's believed the pictures will show four of the Yates children tucked into their parents bed- the fifth still in the bathtub.
The defense did not want the photos shown- and defense lawyers earlier had accused the prosecution of trying to inflame the jury by showing the children's clothing in court.

A train filled with passengers catches fire in Egypt- as many as 250 people are dead-

The train was packed with Egyptians heading south from Cairo for the biggest Muslim holiday of the year.
The train's engineer was not aware of the fire and the train continued traveling as the train cars burned-
Many passengers jumped out of windows to their deaths trying to escape the flames.
Others were overcome with smoke- even after the train stopped.
It's believed the fire may have started in the first carriage which houses the kitchen-

Governor Mark Warner is challenging the House of Delegates to approve a statewide sales tax referendum for education, and regional votes to raise money for transportation.

Georgia officials fear the body count will rise dramatically outside a crematorium.

Searchers have already discovered 206 bodies that were not disposed of as promised.
They were stacked in sheds and vaults on the Tri-State Crematory property and dumped in nearby woods.
Some of the bodies were found yesterday at another location, about 150 yards behind the home of the operator Ray Marsh.
Rain this morning threatened further recovery efforts, but it's letting up, allowing investigators to continue their search.
Officials say the count could pass 300.

An early morning blaze in Moneta left a family of five homeless.

The family escaped unharmed, but the fire at the home on Harvey's Creek Road killed a pet dog and snake.
It apparently started in the basement.
The homeowner, Barrett Johnson, says he thinks an electrical problem may have ignited the fire, but officials have not named the cause.
At least a half dozen fire companies helped smother the flames.
Officials say the house is a total loss.

But her sophomore season has been anything but pretty. A stress fracture in her back that was found during the preseason has forced her to miss all of the 2001-2002 season. ((:)) The back ailment has sidelined Miller physically, but she has found other ways to contribute to her Wake Forest team.

((:)) Heather is Bassett's and the Piedmont District all time leading scorer male or female with 2 thousand 395 points and the memories are never far away. ((:)) When Miller and her demon Deacons play at UVa, Heather rooms with William Fleming product Tonia Brown, who is third in the ACC in three point shooting. ((:))

CBS has admitted a mistake was made in the last Survivor and Rich Valley farmer Tom Buchanan is 100 thousand dollars richer as a result.
In the next to last immunity challenge, Kim won the challenge by identifying Kelly as the contestant with no piercings.
However after the last episode, producers discovered that Lindsey didn't have any either.
