The sagging state budget has officially hit home at Virginia Tech.
Today the University's Board of Visitors will meet to decide on the new tuition rates that will begin in the fall semester.
And as Justin McLeod discovered, the budget cutbacks are bringing more than just higher tuition to the Tech campus.
