Sid Clower was indicted today on six counts of embezzlement. Special prosecutor Don Caldwell says Clower's accused of embezzling at least 200-thousand dollars from county funds. Caldwell says the 50-year-old could face a maximum of 120 years in prison. As the criminal investigation unfolded, Clower and one of his assistants, Rosemary Pace, were suspended. Now, Caldwell says investigators are focusing their attention on Clower and have NO other suspects in the case. Clower has served as Henry County's top official for 6-years. He was found wandering in a wooded area and threatening suicide as investigators searched his office last week.

With them inside, it's harder to go after the militants Israel says are hiding there. The army aims to finish this mission without a world audience-- the media has been ordered out. It could be the next-best thing to having Osama bin Laden in custody.
Officials in Pakistan say a man who was caught in a raid by Pakistani and U-S authorities has confirmed that he is Abu Zubaydah (ah-BOO' zoo-BY'-dah).
Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld won't confirm that Zubaydah is in custody. He'll only confirm that a man with that name is a close associate of bin Laden.
He says Zubaydah is either the number-two man in al-Qaida -- or ''very close'' to it.
U-S officials say several of Zubaydah's former associates identified him from photos.
