A Patrick County judge set bond for Sid Clower at one hundred thousand dollars this morning. Clower will be confined to his home until a trial in July.
In today's bond hearing, new details about Clower's alleged crimes were released. The state contends he set up a blind mailbox and had county checks delivered there.
Then Clower allegedly deposited those checks into his own bank account.
His attorney says Clower denies the charges and is anxious to defend himself.
He is expected to make bond in Henry County later this afternoon.
