Coleman-Adams Construction and Byron Dickson Architects have filed liens against the property totaling more than 300-thousand dollars.
The two are actually owed close to three million dollars for helping to design and construct the memorial that was dedicated last June.
Creditors say they've been frustrated by the Foundation's lack of a plan to pay them back.

The discovery of two bodies in a home in Lynchburg has investigators there searching for clues this afternoon.

A Richmond Circuit Court judge has refused to dismiss charges filed against the former executive director of the state Republican Party.

Ed Matricardi is charged on four felony counts. He's accused of eavesdropping on Democratic Party conference calls last month.
Today, Matricardi's lawyer said his client broke no Virginia law... even if he did monitor the conversation as prosecutors allege.
But the judge denied a motion to drop the charges.

Today students with the environmental program at the school planted a special tree on the front quad. It's a two year-old sycamore that is a descendant of a tree near Appomattox Court House, where General Robert E. Lee surrendered in 1865. School officials say it's important to start planting now, because many trees on the campus are dying from old age.

It looks as delicate as the real thing, but it is made of carved rock crytal and is embellished with platinum and with more than 3,000 diamonds.
Created by Fabergi for the Russian Imperial Family, the Winter Egg was given by Tsar Nicholas- the second to his mother on Easter in 1913.
Fewer than a dozen Russian Imperial Fabergi eggs have been offered at auction.
