Keith & Shannon, investigators aren't saying much about what evidence they might have.. again the chilling part of this crime is that it apparently happened while the couple's young children were in the home with them.

(( Police were called to this home at 410 Sussex Street around 11:30 after concerned relatives asked them to check on the family there.
That's when the bodies of 25- year- old Anthony McKinley Robinson and 23-year-old Rhonda Whitehead Robinson were found dead inside.

It turns out one of those children had called a relative who in turn called police.
Police would not say how the Robinsons died only that guns were involved.. the bodies will be sent to Roanoke for autopsies.
Whoever killed the couple forced their way into the home.. but authorities "don't" believe this was a random murder.

Five college students are no longer V-M-I cadets after being accused of using illegal drugs.
The school dimissed the cadets last week after a thorough investigation prompted by a report of marijuana use.
According to school officials, the cadets admitted to using marijuana.
In one case, cocaine was also discovered.
V-M-I did not release the names of the cadets.

Six months after it was announced the D-Day Memorial Foundation was five million dollars in debt, the group is apparently no closer to paying that money off.

Now the architect who designed the memorial and the contractor that built it have filed liens against the property to try to recover some of the money owed them.
D-Day officials say the slow economy and the on-going audit of the foundation's finances have slowed fundraising efforts.. and that they're still trying to climb out of the hole.

That fire that gutted a machine shop in Forest Wednesday night has now officially been ruled arson.

The blaze heavily damaged Innovative Machining in Forest, causing about three million dollars worth of damage.
Local and state investigators spent most of yesterday at the scene looking for clues.
They say evidence found inside the building led them to conclude the fire was intentionally set.
No other information has been released.
Authorities would not speculate on a motive.
