Police say he shot his ex-girlfriend, 18-year-old Monica DeHaven, and her boyfriend, 22-year-old Nathaniel Clay, after an argument on the couple's front porch.
Friends of all three say DeHaven was 7 months pregnant ... and had remained friends with Bundick, whom she dated for almost three years.

Seventy two year old Richard M. Anthony pled guilty to negligently discharging sewage into the Blackberry Creek. He told the judge he didn't have the money to pay all his bills. He was still collecting payments from residential customers, at the time, though.

The judge watched a video tape that the state Department of Environmental Quality recorded two and a half years ago at the Fairway Acres treatment plant.
Without power, the motors were idle instead of aerating the sewage and keeping the plant running.
