Searchers have found the body of a second man drowned in Thursday's flooding in Buchanan County.
The body of 85 year old Burl Blankenship of Hurley was found last night.
He is the second person confirmed killed in the flood.
Meanwhile today, Gorvernor Mark Warner and Senator George Allen are touring the flooded region.
They began their day in Tazewell, before heading to Buchanan County.

Both counties are eligible for federal disaster assistance. Hardest hit was Hurley-- a mining town of about five- thousand people in Buchanan County.

Two of the more than a dozen pipe bombs found across the Midwest in recent days were in mailboxes on Lyle Bartels' route.
Bartels says he'll look boxes over before he opens them from now on.
Mail carriers plan to return to their routes today.
But the Postal Service is asking customers in Nebraska, Iowa and northwest Illinois who have roadside delivery to keep their mailbox doors open -- or remove the doors. A postal official says the agency is telling carriers in the region not to deliver to closed mailboxes.

Descendants of Thomas Jefferson have decided not to welcome the family members of one of his slaves.
Sally Hemings was the slave at Monticello with whom Jefferson has long been rumored to have a had a sexual relationship. Several of her desecendants say the former President fathered some of her children.

But yesterday the group, in a closed meeting, decided not to extend membership to them. The race had a record- tying 14 cautions, and drivers blamed the new sealer on the track.
Whatever the cause, Jarrett helped bring out a caution when he hit the wall and then collected John Andretti and Bobby Labonte on lap 170.
On lap 308, Ricky Rudd, who was the race leader at the time, was the victim of a Rusty Wallace cut tire. Rudd hits the outside wall and finished 39th.
Stewart jumped out to a three- car- length lead with 18 laps to go on a restart.
He never looked back, winning the Pontiac Excitement 400, his third win in seven career starts at Richmond.
