An Alabama jury convicted 71-year-old Bobby Frank Cherry of murder. He will spend the rest of his life behind bars for the bombing that killed four girls at the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church in Birmingham. The former Ku Klux Klansman denied his involvement- even after the verdict. He had harsh words for the prosecutors - calling them all a bunch of liars. While those words may not have hurt prosecutors, they did nothing to ease the pain of those still hurting from the event.
The sister of one of the victims says she will always be hurt because she never got to see her sister grow up.
