Cherry--now 71 years old--was the last of three Klansmen tried for the 1963 bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church. The Sunday morning blast tore through the African American church. Four girls were killed. Eunice Davis/Victims' Sister They lost their life for something that they weren't even guilty of and it has been really hard on the families. This came during a time of turmoil in Alabama--during a time when the governor swore segregation forever. But in the fall of 1963 Birmingham's school's were forced to integrate and days later came the bombing--a bombing that symbolized the racial hatred here in the South. Throughout the trial prosecutors portrayed Cherry as a racist who boasted that he took part in the bombing. They exclaimed he and his co-horts were the forefathers of terrorism. During the case they showed video of Cherry involved in a gang style beating of a minister trying to enroll his children in a newly integrated school. But defense attorneys said past actions and guilt by associaton were not enough evidence to link Cherry to the crime. Cherry never testified in this case because his attorneys said he suffers from dementia and is easily confused. ))

Some of the symptoms of Hepatitis C include jaundice, fatigue, dark urine, abdominal pain, loss of appetite and nausea. However, 80 percent of people have no symptoms.
Doctor van der Linden says that's why it's so important to get tested and it only requires a simple blood test.
