((Prosecutors appeared confident as they arrived to for closing arguments in Kennedy cousin...Michael Skakel's murdersses.. the evidence is mostly circumstantial. Prosecutor told the jury that the 1975 murder of 15-ye crime of hate and rage. That Skakel beat her to death with a golf club belonging to his mother. And they pointed to the parade of witnesses... including a classmate and a family chauffer . All testified that Skakel had make comments about committing a murder. But some of those witnesses have criminal backgrounds...something the jury can consider as they weigh the evidence.

Defense lawyer Michael Sherman told ally innocent. Michael Sherman. He he didn't do it, he doesn't know who did it and he never cogues that the pieces don't fit and that Skakel was at a

cousin's home when Moxley was killed. Sel Skakel...I always have..want him to walk out of here with his head held high. And the defense denies prosecutors connection to the wealthy and powerful Kennedy clan had somehow protected him. ))

The man accused of gunning down a Pittsylvania County deputy last month will finally be getting an attorney to represent him.

23-year-old Roy Inge Junior is charged with shooting to death Deputy Frankie Betterton during a traffic stop May 17th.
During his first court appearance two weeks ago, Inge told a judge his family was trying to hire a lawyer for him.

Today he said he had no money for an attorney and needed the court to appoint one for him.
He remains held without bond pending a preliminary hearing next month.

A Pittsylvania County family is mourning the loss of their four year old son .. after he was run over by his father's pickup truck.
It happened last night in Chatham. State police say Brian Papola ran out in front of the truck as his father drove it across the family's front lawn.
Police have not filed any charges against the father.
