The organization denied Falwell's complaint against Gery (Cone) Cohn, owner of Jerryfalwell dot-com. The decision also applies to a similar site that pokes fun at the minister - but uses a different spelling of his name. Falwell's attorney says they will appeal the decision. Cohn says he created the site after hearing Falwell's statements last year about the terrorist attacks.

But as of June 30th --many will lose that safety net.
The Health Department will only offer low cost drugs to its patients.
