Roy Denver Sluder was charged with first degree murder, accused of killing Loria Sluder in 1995.
Authorities first thought the woman's death was a suicide, but later charged her husband after completing new tests on crime scene evidence.

It was reported yesterday that Wilkins paid at least 100-thousand dollars to a 26-year-old woman in Amherst County.

Some Democrats are already calling for a formal investigation by the House ethics review panel.
Wilkins has already been linked to the recent GOP eavesdropping scandal.
The latest controversy is raising questions even among Republicans about Wilkins' continued leadership in the House of Delegates
