Republican leaders say Vance Wilkins has some explaining to do. The Amherst Delegate is expected to be questioned about sexual harassment allegations at a meeting tomorrow in Richmond The questions are in response to reports that surfaced last week claiming Wilkins paid a woman one-hundred-thousand dollars to settle a sexual harassment complaint. The 65-year-old politician's problems only got worse this weekend when another woman came forward saying he touched her inappropriately. New 7's Rachel Cannon reports.
