A second Amherst County woman is accusing House Speaker Vance Williams of making improper sexual advances.
This time it is Elizabeth Massie, who says Wilkins "crossed the line" during a Christmas party last year.

She described his alleged actions as ``very aggressive.'' Efforts to reach Wilkins for comment were not successful.

This was the eleventh time Congressman Rick Boucher has stepped up to accept the Ninth District Democratic Party's nomination.
Boucher, who ran unopposed for the nomination, listed job creation, healthcare, education and transportation as his primary campaign issues.
Since defeating Congressman Bill Wampler in 1982, Boucher has easily won re-election, leading some Democrats to call him "unbeatable."
It's a distinction that the Congressman doesn't agree with.

Boucher now takes on former House Delegate Jay Katzen who was nominated by Republicans last week.

In fact, Katzen moved to Abingdon in March.
Although that may become a major issue in the campaign, don't expect Boucher to dwell on it.
Boucher says he makes it a practice to never mention his opponent but will focus instead on his record in Congress.

That has worked for him in the past and Democrats are confident that it will be another easy win for the Congressman from Abingdon.
[SOT 00:30:20]

Democrats have reason to be confident.
The last serious challenge Boucher had was in 1998 and in that race against Republican Joe Barta, he won with sixty-one percent of the vote.
But many consider Katzen a better known candidate than Boucher has seen in the past.
Republicans believe he could be the one that can end Boucher's reign.
We'll find out in November but for now, the race is on.
