To the links. 51 year old golfer Jeff Lynch calls the Roanoke Country Club home. Yesterday, he earned a spot in the U.S. Senior Open. Lynch shot a 73 to finish first in the Senior Open qualifier at the cascades golf course at the Homestead. He was one of 49 who attempted to make the senior event. He is one of 45 that will play in the U.S. Senior Open. Four thousand tried to qualify. The Senior Open is June 24th through the 30th in Owings Mills, Maryland.
