Arrington was going the wrong way on Route 460 when she struck a motorcycle driven by Carol Minton of Moneta.
Arrington sobbed in court today as she apologized for her actions.. but Minton's husband says he doesn't believe her.

A final decision on the fate of House Speaker Vance Wilkins has been delayed until next week.

Wilkins met for more than three hours with members of the House Republican caucus last night.
He responded to questions about a sexual harassment suit he settled in early November of last year.
Majority Leader Morgan Griffith described the discussion as "civil."
House Republicans agreed to postpone their decision until next Tuesday when they will meet again.
Wilkins did admit last night to paying a hundred thousand dollars to a 26-year-old Amherst woman but he denied he sexually harassed her or any other woman.
He also told Republicans that he settled the suit to protect his family and the caucus.
Republicans say Wilkins still hasn't told them enough.

At a grand opening today, the company said that number is climbing -- and so are sales.
Koyo manufactures bearings and steering systems for auto makers like Saturn.

The company opened its first American plant in 1958.
State Officials are hopeful Koyo will bring other plants to Botetourt.

He says at such events it's not unusual for them all to get up and play. Baker also says the dress code is casual and the menu is Indian vegetarian.

Smith had a bone spur removed and some scar tissue shaved down on his left knee in March. He had the same scar tissue procedure on his right knee about three weeks ago. Smith turns 39 later this month.
