Transportation officials said that the program is not perfect but is one that the state can realistically afford.

Brian McLaren is an equine veterinarian and Australia's highest qualified acupuncturist both in humans and in animals.
McLaren is demonstrating his techniques at the horse show this week. He uses a torch with a beam of light to stimulate the skin at the injury point to trigger a specific healing result.
