Outdoor watering is now restricted to two hours in the morning one day per week... and for only 30 minutes.

Federal investigators have yet to determine what caused a church van to crash last summer, killing a Roanoke teenager.
But the family of Jessika Lewis is ready to start assessing blame.

They've filed a lawsuit asking for 40- million dollars in compensatory and punitive damages.
The defendants include the van's manufacturer, DaimlerChrysler; the Michelin tire company; Virginia Heights Baptist Church, its youth director and the van's driver.
The crash in North Carolina left 14-year-old Jessika with severe injuries from which she never recovered.
Authorities have said the 15-passenger van blew a tire and flipped several times after the driver lost control.

The National D-Day Memorial Foundation and its creditors disagree on how much the foundation owes them.
In a filing yesterday in Bedford County Circuit Court, the National D-Day Memorial Foundation says it wants to see proof that it still owes the monument's main builder and architect nearly three- million dollars.
The two creditors filed lawsuits against the foundation earlier this month to force it to repay its debt.
If the foundation can't pay in a timely fashion, the creditors asked that the memorial be sold to raise money.
