Authorities say for years, 55 year old James Bryant Hudson has been angry at his neigbhors over some shared property.
But they are not sure what ultimately sparked Hudson to shoot three of them.

The spokesman says the twin engine plane crashed on the shore of a lake in San Dimas- about 15 miles east of Los Angeles.
That park is near an airfield for private planes.
The airplane crashed near a parking lot and broke in two.

((The fire was tragic enough to begin with. Crews were rushing to save 3 children and their parents inside this 3-story duplex in Gloucester City, New Jersey. But once inside, the roof gave way.

Eight firefighters were trapped inside along with the family they were trying to save.

There was a total collapse of both buildings. If you can see the pile up there. Basically the third floor roof came completely down, on top of and two floor by floor down to the first floor.

Only five of the trapped firefighters made it out alive. The bodies of the remaining three were found at sunrise. Crews stood at attention, saluting their fallen comrades, as their flag-draped bodies were removed. One of fallen firefighters had proposed to his girlfriend just hours before he left to fight the blaze. Crews also pulled two childrens bodies from the rubble.

Theres two twins, they're both 3 years old. And there's a five year old and they said they're all dead.

There have been a couple of children recovered from the debris at the present time. The problem is were not sure because of the accountability issue how many people were actually missing residents-wise.
Family and friends of victims met at a nearby church, trying to comprehend their sorrow on a day set aside for celebration.

There is more trouble for the two American West pilots accused of being drunk in the cockpit.

The Federal Aviation Administration revoked their pilot's licenses today.
Just yesterday the airline said it was firing the pair.
Pilot Thomas Cloud and co-pilot Christopher Hughes were arrested Monday in Miami -- after security screeners thought they smelled alcohol on them. Their plane was called back to the terminal as it was about to take off.
Authorities say they both had blood-alcohol levels above the legal limit.

A big white tent was spotted on Roberts property and the town was packed with reporters and photographers-

Roberts has starred in movies such as Pretty Woman, My Best Friend's wedding and Runaway Bride.
This by the way is Roberts second trip down the aisle. She was married for 21 months to country singer Lyle Lovett.

But when all was said and done last year's winner, (Ta-keroo Ko-BAY-ashi) Takeru Kobayashi brought home the mustard belt yet again.
In his 12-minute feeding frenzy, Kobayashi gobbled down 50 and a-half franks -- a world record.
At times, he looked a bit pale, but the thin, five-foot-seven Kobayashi plowed through an average of one hot dog every 14 seconds.
The 24-year-old's trick to the dog-eating contest isn't pretty-- but obviously it works. He snapped the hot dogs in half, then simultaneously shoved both pieces into his mouth.
He weighed 113 pounds before the contest -- and ballooned to 129 afterwards.
