The attorney general also says his office is the victim of a telephone scam.
A caller claims to be working for the state and tells victims that they may be involved in a credit card fraud.
They're asked to give a checking account number to cover the loss, and says the attorney general's office will reimburse them.
Kilgore says the state has no such program, and consumers should never give out personal financial information, unless they know who they're dealing with.
