The rig came in late this afternoon from West Virginia- but officials say it could take as long as 18 hours to reach the men with it.
The miners apparently hit an abandoned mine filled with water.
That water filled the shaft trapping the workers-
Rescue workers are pumping air down a hole they've drilled to where they believe the miners are trapped.

TO 60 MILLIONS GALLONS OF WATER.
AND WITH WATER TEMPERATURES AS COLD AS 50 DEGREES -- THE FEAR IS THE
SURVIVORS WHO DID NOT DROWN COULD DIE FROM HYPOTHERMIA.
SO WORKERS ARE DRILLING HOLES INTO THE MINE TO PUMP THE WATER OUT AND
AIR IN.
THEN A MASSIVE DRILL WILL BORE A 36 INCH ESCAPE HOLE TO THE MINERS AN
OPERATION THAT COULD TAKE 18 LONG HOURS.
