We now know where the alleged incident took place while Father Rule taught at Saint John Vianney Seminary in Goochland County, Virginia.

The now closed Seminary was an all male preparatory high school for those who had an interest in ordination to the priesthood. [***RULE MONITOR GRAPHIC***]

At least one other misconduct claims involving a Virginia priest has stemmed from that school. In Rule's case ... he's on administrative leave while the diocese looks into the accusation by one adult male that says there was an incident of sexual abuse when he was a minor.
53-year-old Rule will also undergo a psychological evaluation.
But some people who know him say they don't believe the allegations.

Like many - Slenski is waiting for more information. A diocese sexual review board is expected to take up Rule's case after Labor Day. For now, Slenski says he will support the priest by talking about the man he knows.

Five people were hurt in a three-car crash on the Lynchburg Expressway this afternoon.

Police say a woman attempting to change lanes struck another vehicle on the southbound side of Route 29 around 3 o'clock.
The vehicle that had been struck did get out of the lane of traffic... shortly afterwards it was hit by another car headed south.
The impact turned the car upside down. Its driver and two young passengers were taken to Lynchburg General Hospital.
Police say charges are pending.
