The Board of Supervisors offered prayers for Jennifer Short and her family, and a thousand dollars in reward money.
That's in addition to 12-thousand dollars already offered in the case.
Leads have dwindled in the 12 days- since the 9-year-old was apparently snatched from her bed and her parents shot to death.
But relatives and investigators are counting on the public to help.

Governor Mark Warner is calling the state's ongoing drought "a crisis" on the same level as the state's budget shortfall...
He's called for an emergency meeting of the state's Drought Monitoring Task Force for later today.
The Governor said yesterday the drought is a more immediate and acute problem for most Virginians, because it affects people's day-to-day lives.
More than half of the state is rated as being in a severe drought or worse.
The governor ordered an inventory of Virginia's water storage and transportation equipment.
He also urged schools and businesses to use disposable dishes, cups and utensils to cut down on washing.
