Police say a jeep collided nearly head on with a "flatbed tow truck" carrying two cars. The driver of the Jeep was pronounced dead at the scene, while the tow truck driver was taken to Roanoke Memorial Hospital with unspecified injuries. Meanwhile, Bent Mountain Road is still partially closed because of the accident. The cause of the wreck is still under investigation.

County Singer Marty Stuart is singing a song of freedom - after being cleared of drunk driving charges.

Stuart appeared in court today. He was arrested in April after leaving a Walmart store late at night. Police say an officer followed him because he appeared drunk and was driving erratically. Police released this video showing Stuart failing three sobriety tests. In court, Stuart's attorneys argued that earlier video showed he wasn't swerving - so the stop was invalid. The judge agreed and found him not guilty, but his license was suspended for one year because he refused to take a blood alcohol test that night.

Starting tomorrow, airline passengers will no longer be asked the two routine security questions.
