(( Convicted of a murder that happened 27 year ago ...Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel found no refuge in his family connections and received close to the maximum sentence...20 years to life in prison. t: Court Artist: Jane Rosenberg. Taking the stand in this sentencing phase Skakel sobbed as he says he has found God. He maintained he is innocent in the killing of his teenage neighbor Martha Moxley. Saying quote: I would love be able to say I committed this crime so the Moxley family can have rest and peace . I am innocent as charged... whatever sentence you impose on me I accept in Gods' name.
Once Skakel finished it took only seconds for the judge to fire back...calling the murder especially vicious. The judge said Skakel has been "living a lie about his guilt." Though pleased by the sentence the victim's mother wanted an admission of guilt from skakel. DOROTHY MOXLEY/ Victim's mother. He didn't say he was sorry and I'm convinced he killed Martha The dramatic conclusion to this trial followed an attempt by the defense to portray Skakel as a changed man who survived alcoholism and a brutal father. Skakel's lawyer read letters of support including one from Robert Kennedy, Junior who described his cousin as a cross between John Candy and John Belushi. Prosecutors seized on Skakel's privileged upbringing saying that if Skakel pulled himself up by his bootstraps he did it wearing velvet boots. Johnathan Benedict/Prosecutor. "It sounds to me as skakel thinks of himself as someone who has been crucified.

If your child's backpack weighs too much... it could lead to a number of back and muscle problems.
But how heavy is too heavy?
[ANCHOR=JEAN 2 shot]

Health Check Reporter Joy Sutton joins us with some answers.

Jean,
There are some easy ways to tell ,
For example, if your child hunches over when wearing the backpack in order to carry the weight that's one warning sign.
[ANCHOR=JOY FULL]

Or if your child leans to one side when carrying the load or has a tendency to be pulled backwards when the backpack is put on.

[OUT Q=more fragile lower back]

It's also important to place the heaviest books closer to the back, this makes the load easier to carry.

What progress is there into making these plans a reality?
Since part of the AMBER alert system focuses on getting the information out as soon as possible, is there a danger of desensitizing the public with AMBER alerts which may not be accurate, with a runaway for example?
