Leon Whitmer and his neighbors live on Trinkle Avenue... This summer-- signs went up along Williamson Road making it illegal to turn left onto their street between nine at night and three in the morning. The city is hoping to discourage folks from cruising Williamson Road-- by making it harder to find a place to turn around.
