Governor Mark Warner will outline some of the recommendations of Secure Virginia today.
The 20-member panel was created to evaluate the state's emergency response and recovery systems, using the lessons learned
from the September 11th attacks.
One recommendation backed by Warner reportedly will seek to expand the line of succession should he and other top Virginia
officials be killed in a terrorist attack.
The change would require an amendment to the Constitution.
