Now they're looking for the public's help.

Police in Mishawaka Indiana are looking for the mother who they believe beat her four year old daughter while a store security camera was rolling.
On the tape, the mother walks to her car, then police say she started beating the child.
Investigators say it shows the mother slapping, shaking and punching the child.
Police released the tape because so far they've been unable to find the mother- After showing the video to a doctor, investigators are worried the child may be injured.

In addition to a one- a half billion dollar revenue shortfall, costs for Medicaid, foster care and the car tax rebate are running overbudget.

But lawmakers were told those savings will not be enough to cover the deficit.
