Investigators are trying to figure out the identity of a man who may have harassed her about ten years ago.

Federal scientists want stronger warnings that the painkiller acetaminophen may damage the liver.
A Food and Drug Administration panel acted because of evidence that thousands of Americans may unwittingly take toxic doses that could harm their livers.
Some people take more than the recommended dose, hoping for greater pain relief.
Others keep taking the drug for more than the recommended day or two.

Police say it could be a case of child abuse caught on tape.
Now they're looking for the public's help.

This is the security tape.
Police in Mishawaka Indiana are looking for the mother who they believe beat her four year old daughter while a store security camera was rolling.
On the tape, the mother walks to her car, then police say she started beating the child.
Investigators say it shows the mother slapping, shaking and punching the child.
Police released the tape because so far they've been unable to find the mother- After showing the video to a doctor, investigators are worried the child may be injured.

Meanwhile, the state's budget deficit continues to grow and that means some tough times ahead for lawmakers and their constituents.

Senate lawmakers learned today that the state budget deficit is nearly two billion dollars.
In addition to a one- a half billion dollar revenue shortfall, costs for Medicaid, foster care and the car tax rebate are running overbudget.
Governor Warner has asked state agencies for spending cuts of up to 15 percent.
But lawmakers were told those savings will not be enough to cover the deficit.
More cuts, they say, will be necessary.

Some suggestions include separating trucks and cars, shifting commercial traffic to trains... and linking 81 with major transportation hubs, like airports and railways.
The companies also have to figure out how to pay for the upgrades and share some financial responsibility with the state.
They have three months to submit proposals.
Previously the only company to submit a plan was Star Solutions- it will re-submit its idea to charge truckers a toll- and use that money to widen 81.

Blacksburg officials say they want to control the deer population and at the same time reduce the number of car accidents.
