At a hearing this morning, a judge denied the defense motion for a change of venue.
The defense argued it would be impossible to find an impartial jury in Pittsylvania County.
Judge William Alexander held off ruling on whether Inge is competent to stand trial.
The trial is set to start November 4th.

Just this week Hamlar's eye doctor strengthened his contact lens prescription because of his excessive work on the computer.

Everything else would mean football, which is all he has time for. He started his first four games as a redshirt freshman last season, but injuries relegated him to a back up role.

Hamlar played much of last season with a broken right hand. He had surgery three months ago, but re-injured it against East Carolina September seventh.
