Authorities in Rockingham County, North Carolina are holding a press conference at 7-45 this morning.
Investigators are expected to reveal if tests confirm that human remains discovered there yesterday are those of Jennifer Short.

The remains were found near Madison, North Carolina-- about 15 miles south of the state line.

So when the remains were discovered yesterday afternoon by some dogs-- they contacted Henry County.
Investigators say the remains appeared to be those of a small adult or possibly a child.
