Good Afternoon, I'm Kimberly McBroom.
As the manhunt for the serial sniper continues, conflicting witness accounts may have led investigators to a dead end.
But authorities are hoping video cameras and military surveillance planes will be able to see what human eyes have missed.
Meanwhile, businesses in and around the nation's capital are beginning to feel the effects of the sniper.
Many area residents are staying home-- while would- be visitors to Washington are changing their travel plans.
Teri Okita is in Rockville, Maryland this afternoon with an update.
