Governor Mark Warner is criticizing federal agriculture authorities for not doing enough to help the state's farmers.
Drought Disaster declarations for 58 communities have been pending since August 6th.
The Governor is adding even more counties to the list.
Federal approval would make farmers in Carroll, Grayson, Patrick and Roanoke Counties, and the counties that border them, eligible for low interest loans.
Disaster Declarations for Rockbridge, Bedford and Prince Edward Counties have already been approved by the U-S Department of Agriculture.
