A trial for a man already convicted of murder will stay in Montgomery County...at least, for now.

A circuit court judge said he will wait until jury selection, before moving Livingston "Bud" Pritchett's trial.
Pritchett was convicted in 19-99 for the shooting death of Estel (ES-tul) Singleton, but was given a new trial because the jury wasn't aware of the extent of his mental retardation.
Pritchett's attorneys believe he would not get a fair trial a second time because of the publicity.
His new trial is set for November 12th.

Six foot nine 262 pound center Mibindo Dongo becomes the first Hokie player to join the Dazzle roster. Dongo played his final two college seasons at Tech. His junior year he started 17 of 25 games. In two seasons he averaged about five points and four rebounds a game. Dongo is from Zaire in Africa.

Leftwich has thrown for the most yards and touchdowns among the finalists, connecting on 168 passes for two-thousand-314 yards and 17 touchdowns.
