The two suspects in the Washington area sniper shootings will FIRST be prosecuted in the state of Maryland.

According to a Maryland prosecutor, John Allen Muhammad and John Lee Malvo will both be charged with six counts of first- degree- murder.

Crews cannot get to the flames because the roof and top floor collapsed on top of it.
Firefighters believe demolishing part of the building will make their job easier.

But there is just one problem.
So far, the owner of the building refuses to allow firefighters to demolish the warehouse.
The city has not condemned the building because inspections show the walls are structurally sound.
So for now, crews must fight the fire from the outside.
