Yesterday, Workman told the jury that the man who was with Keith Bailey that night had threatened to kill him.
James Bumbry had been in Bailey's car as they were all getting ready to leave the restaurant parking lot.
Bumbry said something to Workman and a woman he was with, prompting Workman to give him "the finger."
Workman says Bumbry jumped out of the car and said, "you don't know who I am."
Yesterday evening, two women corroborated Workman's story that Bailey was choking him. The Harmon sisters also said they THOUGHT one of the other guys MIGHT have had a gun.

State Police are still interviewing witnesses and say that so far no charges have been filed.

He'll have another detention hearing in the next few days before he faces a federal grand jury November 12th.
