[***ANCHOR TAG***] The National D-Day Memorial Foundation has filed for bankruptcy protection. The Foundation filed "a Chapter 11 re-organization petition" in U-S Bankruptcy Court yesterday. [KEITH ON CART!!!!] The Bankruptcy petition was filed at the 11th hour, with two days of reckoning looming ahead. The Foundation was due in court Tuesday to show cause why it could not pay Byron Dickson, the Architect. Coleman Adams Construction had already won a 1-point-six million dollar judgment against the Foundation. That was 88 days ago. Federal Bankruptcy law sets the clock back NINETY days. The petition filed today is retroactive, taking the matter back to where it stood two days BEFORE Coleman Adams won the judgment against the National D-Day Memorial Foundation. Now Coleman Adams is on equal footing with Dickson and the bank.
