The Pittsylvania County Sheriff's Office is investigating two more suspicious deaths- that makes four in just over two weeks.

The bodies of 73-year old Willie Harston and his wife, 68-year old Clara Belle Harston were found inside their home on Malmaison Road in the Blairs community yesterday morning. The couple had last been seen Monday afternoon. A cause of death has yet to be determined. Autopsies are being conducted by the Medical Examiner's Office in Roanoke.

Less than a week after the Foundation filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection, the lawyers have agreed to try to settle the matter OUT of court. Though they were in Bankruptcy Court this afternoon, the attorneys asked the judge to give them until the end of the year to come up with their own solution. The Memorial remains millions of dollars in debt, but the Foundation intends to put World War Two veteran Melvin Profitt at the head of the list of creditors. He gave the Memorial one million dollars last year, with the understanding the Foundation pay him a 70-thousand dollar annuity for life.

The case has caught national attention- two Florida teenagers were first convicted of killing their father, then that conviction was thrown out.
Today the two teens pleaded guilty to third degree murder and arson.

Derek and Alex King took the plea deal after a week of mediation.
Under the deal, 14 year old Derek will spend eight years in jail and 13-year old Alex will serve seven years.
In separate trials, prosecutors had accused different suspects of the killing.
In one trial, they charged the boys with murder. In the other, prosecutors charged a family friend.
The brothers were convicted of second degree murder- but a judge threw out that conviction and ordered mediation.
