ago, believing it cleared of militants.
Israeli officials immediately blamed Palestinian President Yasser Arafat.
Palestinian officials comdemned the attack, but blamed it on the recent

Painter Properties wants to build an upscale shopping center on the corner of Franklin Road and Wonju Avenue.
But before they can do that, the property needs to be rezoned from light manufacturing to general commercial.
City officials say the shopping center's proposal must meet the city's comprehensive plan which puts conditions on the way underused industrial sites are developed.
If approved, the site would be anchored by Wild Oats, an organic and natural food store.
The company says it would like to open by next Fall.
