A 15-year-old girl is accused of burning down her grandparents' house.

Investigators say she set fire to her grandparents' house as they slept early Tuesday morning, tying their bedroom door shut with a sheet.
Her father was also inside, but all three got out safely.
A passing motorist saw the flames and two Henry County deputies woke and rescued them.

Just before the holidays comes the anouncement of more job cuts.
This time, it's a furniture company that will be laying off hundreds of employees.

Vaughan Furniture is turning a production plant into a distribution facility, resulting in the loss of 245-jobs.
President Bill Vaughan says this was a difficult decision because of the long history the company has in Galax.
He says a lack of product demand and increased import competition left them no choice.

55-jobs are available at the new distribution facility. Workers say they expect to find out next week which people will still have jobs. The cuts will start in February. The company plans to gradually reduce production.
