Six people including a two-day old baby are recovering tonight after an accident in Franklin County this afternoon.

State Police say a Pontiac Sedan rear-ended a 91 Jeep Cherokee as the Jeep was slowing down to make a right hand turn.
Troopers say a 15 year old and an infant were ejected from the vehicle.

Hundreds lined up to watch the more than fifty entries in this year's parade.
That is slightly lower than last year because of this week's storm.

That's what happened as customers waited in long lines to get fuel in Durham, North Carolina.
Dozens of cars lined up for hours at a B-P gas station.
Cars tried to approach from every direction, but there was nowhere to go.
Police were called in when the crowd got a little rowdy.
Some people abandoned their cars and simply stood in line with gas cans.
Power's been out for many in North Carolina since Wednesday, and some may not have electricity this weekend either.

A preliminary autopsy report showed Carol Yvonne Dickerson of Bent Mountain died of exposure. She was found dead early yesterday morning outside the front door of a medical office building that's still under construction... just a few yards away from a hotel. Her car apparently got stuck on a curb off of Keagy Road in Salem, and then left her car. Police say Dickerson did suffer a medical condition which may have made her confused in the cold weather.

Investigators say they think a man whose body was found in a golf course lake across the street from the scene was a passenger in the plane.
The plane slammed into the bank building last night as staff members there were holding their holiday party.
No one inside the building was hurt.
The plane's pilot was killed.
The President of a nearby aircraft company says one of his instructors and his sales manager were aboard the plane.
He says there was some sort of engine fire, but the official cause has not been determined.

It is a nativity scene made entirely of ice.
It's gone up in Austria every year since 1995.
A group of five Europeans and one Japanese ice sculptor worked 48 hours around the clock to carve 50-tons of ice.


But what happens when the temperatures warm up?
Thanks to a special technique, the ice structures stay put.
Sculptors bind the ice blocks together with dry ice to keep the temperature stable in the base of the scene.
It's believed the nativity scene is the largest of its type in the World. (------------)
