Australia's defense minister is calling it foolish for North Korea to break a deal with the U-S that guaranteed it energy and food aid in exchange for the nuclear freeze. North Korea CLAIMS that at this point, they will only use their nuclear program for peaceful purposes - like making electricity.

A woman in her mid-30's says Rodman assaulted her. Police says she called them after running from his beach front home early Friday morning to a nearby phone booth.
