Today, they said the foundation's reorganization plan will provide for the full compensation of all creditors.

And that is exactly what it did around six this morning along Interstate-77, when state troopers say 100-mile-per-hour winds toppled five tractor trailers in the Fancy Gap Mountain area.

Davis says none of the drivers was seriously hurt, but the accidents forced police to shut-down part of the northbound lane for more than six hours.
Traffic was shifted onto the shoulder and empty trailers and other large vehicles were rerouted.
But, Davis says incidents like these are not uncommon for this stretch of the highway.

Three members of the same family and a friend were on their way home yesterday when their van was struck on Interstate 81 in Kingsport.

But a family friend would also perish in the accident.
Police say 18- year old Brad Dickerson of Elliston died at the scene.
