According to one Democratic senator, the Bush administration has the kind of evidence against Iraq "that can change people's minds.". But those looking for tonight's state of the union address to be a full scale march towards war with the country will be disappointed. It appears, domestic policy issues such as taxes and drug coverage will top Bush's agenda when he speaks to the nation.
