The former Pittsylvania County minister is in a North Carolina jail cell tonight, charged with murdering his wife nearly four years ago.

Her body was found under a Caswell County bridge in December.. a discovery that apparently helped bring about Pulley's arrest.

Today the judge found him not guilty of operating a plane under the influence.
The charge was a misdemeanor.
Airport employees testified Schroeder smelled like liquor when he passd through Norfolk International Airport in December.
The judge said the evidence showed Schroeder had apparenty been drinking, but did not show he was under the influence.

The process starts with an icy, crusty surface, on which falling snow cannot stick.

But Virginia would battle back and by the halftime break the lead was just 9 points - 37 to 28. And it wasn't long until the Cavs had battled all the way back to tie the game at 47-all at the 13 minute mark. But Carolina would answer the challenge and pull away in the

Catholic's Tony Hairston gets the steal. He drives to the hole and gets the bucket for the Celtics as they hang tough. Reynolds then kicks the ball out beyond the arc to his teammate Isaiah Swan - and he will hit the three ball. Catholic would make it interesting as Paulius Joneliunas gets the big dunk, but on the way down he hits the floor face first.
