Six of those centers re-opened today.

Brandon Billings was found murdered in his pickup truck October 6th, just hours after his 18th birthday. A reward for information in the case has reached nearly 12-thousand dollars, but authorities say they still do not have any suspects. His family says it hopes to change that by submitting their story to "America's Most Wanted."
